This is your reality, nobody knows exactly how you feel and what you went through even if they experienced something similar.

Take a little break to listen to your heart, treat yourself and others with kindness and honor your baby in all the ways you want and can…
Hold on to the positive feelings that you felt with your baby, hold on to that pure love and wonder!

If you feel sad…it’s ok, give yourself permission to feel that and let it pass…
If you feel angry… it’s ok, give yourself permission to feel that and let it pass…
If you feel proud… it’s ok, give yourself permission to feel that and let it pass…
If you have recently lost your baby, it might be hard to even imagine that this is a transition.
Take. Your. Time.
